Produced by the American Council of Learned Societies in multiple languages, including English and Spanish, this guide not only gives advice about the translation of social science texts it is also an excellent way to learn about the importance of hiring a specialized translator for your project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The guidelines include topics about funding your translation, and they discuss themes such as what makes a good social science translator and how translators, authors, and editors should communicate.
